However should you feel that there is a problem with your product, you are more than welcome to send us an email. We do accept returns and should you need to, please ensure that you do so and let us know within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Returned products should be undamaged, accompanied by the proof of payment and in its original packaging. Once we are satisfied with the condition of your product, we will gladly exchange the item, give you store credit or refund you via your original method of payment.
Exchanges are only an option for the exact same item & price value.
Kindly note that all delivery costs of returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer themselves.
Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges once the 14 day grace period is over.
